Biman earns Tk 218 crore profit in 2018-19FY

Biman Bangladesh Airlines earned a net profit of Tk 218 crore in the fiscal year of 2018-19, a press release said.

The 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the national flag carrier was held on Monday (December 30) at its headquarters in the capital.

In the AGM, it was disclosed that Biman earned a profit of Tk 218 crore in 2018-19 fiscal.

Air Marshal (retd) Mohammad Enamul Bari, chairman of the board of directors of the Biman Bangladesh Airlines, presided over the AGM. Biman's managing director (MD) and CEO Md Mokabbir Hossain, other high officials, all members of the board of directors, shareholders of different ministries, attended the meeting.
