Gordon Greenidge arrives in city Monday

Greenidge is expected to give motivational speech to the High Performance cricketers of Bangladesh

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) will accord a warm reception to its former national team coach and West Indian legend Gordon Greenidge on Monday in the capital's local hotel.

The Caribbean legend opening batsman is expected to arrive in the city this evening at 8 pm, said BCB senior manager Rabeed Imam.

The former Bangladesh Gordon Greenidge will attend a reunion hosted by the Bangladesh Cricket Board including former Bangladesh players and officials.

During his five-day stay in Bangladesh the 67-year-old is also expected to give a motivational speech to the High Performance cricketers of Bangladesh.
