Mahi gave birth to the baby at United Hospital in the capital at 11:20 pm on Tuesday.
Mahia Mahi's husband businessman and Awami League leader Rakib Sarkar confirmed this information to media.
Saying that both mother and baby are doing well, Rakib requested everyone to pray for them.
