Shops, shopping malls to remain open till 9:00pm in Dhaka

The decision was taken considering the the month of Ramadan so that people can go for shopping after Iftar

The government has allowed the shops and shopping malls to remain open till 9 pm, instead of 5 pm in Dhaka city.

Helal Uddin, president of Bangladesh Shop Owners' Association, confirmed the matter to media on Sunday evening after talking with Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Commissioner Shafiqul Islam.
