The case was filed on April 2 by Advocate Humayun Kabir Colonel, General Secretary of the District Bar Association, accusing Hamza of making derogatory remarks and labeling the Minister of Power, Energy, and Mineral Resources, Iqbal Hasan Mahmud Tuku, as an "atheist and anti-Islam."
