CA meets UN Secretary General in Davos

United Nations (UN) Secretary General Antonio Guterres met Chief Adviser Prof Muhammad Yunus in the Swiss city of Davos on Wednesday.

During the meeting on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum (WEF) annual meeting, Antonio Guterres and Yunus exchanged pleasantries.

The chief adviser also had a brief conversation with European Central Bank Chief Christine Lagarde on the sidelines of the WEF meeting.

Previously on Tuesday, Chief Adviser Dr Muhammad Yunus left Dhaka for Davos, Switzerland, on a four-day official visit to attend the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF).
