Dhaka Metro Rail has achieved a new milestone by transporting a record 403,164 passengers in a single day, according to the Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL).
In a verified Facebook post on Friday, DMTCL announced that this is the highest number of passengers it carried in a single day on Thursday since the inauguration of the metro rail service in Dhaka.
Expressing gratitude for the support, DMTCL extended thanks to passengers, well-wishers, and stakeholders for helping achieve this milestone.
