CA distributes awards among ‘Notun Kuri’ 2025 winners

Two top performers were each awarded a crest and a cheque of Taka three lakh

Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus distributed awards to the leading contestants of Bangladesh Television’s (BTV) renowned children’s talent show, ‘Notun Kuri’ 2025.

The award giving ceremony was held in the Shapla Hall of the Chief Adviser’s Office (CAO) at 10:00 am on Thursday (13 November).

Two top performers from the ‘Ka’ and ‘Kha’ groups were each awarded a crest and a cheque of Taka three lakh.

The winners are Preyosi Chakrabarty from Tangail district (Ka group) and Shuvo Mita Talukder from Sunamganj district (Kha group).

Organised under the initiative of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the iconic talent hunt showcased thousands of young participants from across the country competing in 12 categories, including dance, music, recitation, comedy, storytelling, and acting. The grand finale followed earlier regional and divisional rounds.

Information and Broadcasting Adviser Md Mahfuj Alam attended the function as the special guest, while Information and Broadcasting Secretary Mahbuba Farjana presided over the event.
