Ansar men stage demo for job nationalisation

They took to the streets as the newly formed government announced that it will cancel all the contractual appointments

Members of Sadharan Ansar on Sunday staged demonstrations in Dhaka and Chattogram demanding that their jobs be nationalised.

In Dhaka, a large of number of Ansar men who were recruited on a contractual basis demonstrated in front of the Supreme Court (SC) in the morning.

They said they perform duties from morning to evening, but the members of Ansar Battalion enjoy a much better advantage.

They took to the streets as the newly formed government announced that it will cancel all the contractual appointments.

In Chattogram, several hundred members of Sadharan Ansar staged demonstration to press for the same demand.
