The escalating conflict between Iran, Israel, and the United States has triggered a severe global fuel crisis, leading to significant supply shortages and long queues at filling stations across Dhaka.

Throughout major hubs like Bijoy Sarani, Asad Gate, and Mohammadpur, vehicle lines have stretched for kilometers, with some queues from the Talukdar Filling Station reaching as far as the Zia Udyan and the Bijoy Sarani Metro Station.

Commuters and motorcyclists report waiting for several hours in the heat with no guarantee of receiving fuel, as many stations are forced to temporarily suspend sales due to erratic supplies.

This growing instability has caused immense public suffering, and experts warn of further deterioration unless international supply chains stabilize and the domestic distribution network is normalized.
